During mobility
Incoming student has the same rights as students in the doctoral program at the Institute. For each student is assigned a
personal tutor. The student’s planned academic activities are decided in collaboration with his/her home institution. A
specialized staff at the Institute will help in finding suitable accommodation for the period of student’s stay in the Institute,
and will extend help in everyday matters, if necessary. Accomodation in the guest rooms of the Institute is available, too.
For the outgoing students the decision concerning participation in the Erasmus Programme is taken in cooperation with the
interested student and his/her supervisor. They plan the academic side of this visit on-line with the student’s individual
programme.
If there is such demand, the lectures, seminars and other activities are held in English or German. Institute of Archaeology
and Ethnology will ensure possibility to participate in language courses, provision of integration of lectures of incoming
academic staff in the institution’s programme. Incoming students will have possibility of linguistic consultations and support
given by lecturers. We will inform mobility participants about all the necessary language or cultural matters.
