After mobility
IAE PAN guarantees to outgoing students signing an Learning Agreement, prepared in cooperation with the foreign partner,
as well as agreement between AIE PAN and outgoing student and recognition of results, experiences and qualifications
gained abroad.
IAE PAN guarantees to stay in contact with the trainee and host institution, along with current evaluation on the program
(monthly reports, evaluation questionnaires), to obtain from the host institution an evaluation of the degree of
accomplishment of practice program in form of a final report and provision of references in form of a Certificate Company
document and oblige trainees to provide a final report evaluating the degree of accomplishment of the program, the host
institution.
Mobility of teaching and administrative staff as well as students will be encouraged also other IAE PAN activities: summer schools, conferences, roundtables, seminars and other. All events organised in the framework in IAE PAN activities shall always involve ERASMUS guests. This will increase the academic quality of the mobility allowing the visiting scientists to share the benefits and the outcomes of these IAEPAN academic events. IAE PAN guarantees access to information about the possibilities of going abroad and coming to Institute; transparent sending candidates abroad to give lectures, inviting candidates to lecture at the Institute; taking criteria of teacher mobility as part of the academic career into account.
